SeePhase™

The SeePhase system is a fiber-optic fluorescence lifetime system that uses ROI’s proprietary frequency domain “phase-locked” multi-channel fluorescence lifetime measurement technology suitable for the real time detection, identification, and classification of chemical and biological fluorescent marker activity including auto-fluorescence in biological systems. The SeePhase is a frequency-modulation, intensity independent, system that offers the ability to monitor the fluorescence lifetime “fingerprint” signature of target fluorophores in the presence of background auto-fluorescence interference.
